Hi, I’m Sherri Brodie, and I’ve spent over 40 years immersed in the beauty industry—a career that has brought me countless challenges, triumphs, and unforgettable moments.
My journey began as a young stylist eager to prove myself, but like many, I struggled with learning and retaining the skills I needed to succeed. That struggle shaped me into the educator I am today—someone passionate about teaching in a way that makes learning simple, effective, and long-lasting.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in every type of salon setting—from commission-based salons to booth rentals and salon suites. I even owned and operated a highly successful salon where I trained and mentored countless stylists.
But my journey hasn’t been without its hurdles. I’ve rebuilt my career multiple times, faced setbacks, and learned the hard way what it takes to truly thrive in this industry.​
As an educator for Graham Webb Academy, Wella, and Aquage, I discovered my true passion: helping other stylists grow.
My approach to teaching is grounded in humility and heart—there’s no ego here, just a desire to give back to an industry that has given me so much.
I teach in a way that’s approachable and easy to understand because I know firsthand how hard it can be to grasp complex techniques.
This industry is about so much more than great haircuts and colors. It’s about connection, communication, and the ability to touch lives.
Some of my most fulfilling moments as a hairstylist have been seeing the smiles reflected back at me in the mirror and knowing that I’ve made someone feel seen, confident with themselves and valued.
